DELIVERY METHOD

Please note we only ship orders to Australia Postal Addresses and Post Office.

We dispatch all orders using Australia Post eParcel service. If no-one is available to accept and sign for the delivery of your products, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your product from your local post office.

Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery to you and fulfilment by us of our responsibility.

 

TIMINGS AND TRACKING

Our dispatch times are generally between 1 and 4 business days. Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 1 to 10 business days for the date your payment is received.

After your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at Australia Post

Estimated times are used as a guide only depending on your location and the availability of stock. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact Customer Service by calling 1800 246 987 during 9-5 EST. Alternatively, email us at info@saltandpepper.com.au

 

COSTS

Free standard shipping for all orders over $100 (inclusive of GST).

Orders under the value of $100 (inclusive of GST) will incur a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping.

 

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE

It may be possible for you to cancel or change your order if your order has not started the picking process in our warehouse. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by telephone on 1800 246 987 during 9-5pm EST. Alternatively, email us at info@saltandpepper.com.au. If cancellation or change remains possible, they will assist you.
